Through our partnership with HRD Online we are able to offer an online solution to gaining ILM qualifications. Users can access all modules and associated learning materials through a secure online portal. Through a unique “push” process the system prompts users to complete the relevant assessments and then “pushes” the next module to them once successfully completed. Learning pace is then controlled by the learner with timely reminders of encouragement from the portal.
Courses can be delivered in the UK or abroad.

Learning resources – 400+ Business related courses are available on the system and these also provide users with access to 000's of www links containing relevant articles, learning summaries, useful contacts, government sites, etc.
Assessment - all these ILM and non-accredited training programmes are supported by Online Assessment Portfolios, with optional customisable competencies with 360 & assessor feedback.
Customisation - in addition we can customise site banners, editorials, catalogues, faculties, subjects, ebriefings, eprogrammes, TestEds, knowledge test question banks, roles/competencies, billing and business groups.
Goal Setting (and Action Planning) – regardless of what generic or customised learning programme is created ALL users have access to our Goal Setting/Action Planning facility.
Monitoring - For corporate buyers, Business Groups and Learning Sets can be provided to assist monitoring. These come with several LMS facilities to enable authorised group controllers (line and training managers) to monitor student learning activity and progress and Goal Setting, etc.
Reporting – The system is equipped with online training records and management reporting of learning activity, results and Continuous Professional Development records. All reports can be downloaded in CSV format.
Verification - learning courses contain content quizzes for CPD hour generation and programmes can also include knowledge and compliance testing.
Push learning technology – with optional email integrated within courses and programmes the system can manage the entire educational process automatically for the tutor. Removing delivery issues allows the tutor to concentrate on the content, the measurement of learning impact and personalised student support.
